The topic for this retreat is based on Chapter 3 of the Bhagavad Gita. This chapter, titled Karma Yoga - The Yoga of Action teaches us how to elevate our personality through action. Helps us understand the importance of lifelong action that is dedicated to a higher goal, the key considerations in choosing a field of action, and the technique to keep the mind focused on the present activity. Following this recipe leads to a life that is purposeful, productive and stress-free.
Set in the tranquil Volcano Spa Hotel, the annual Vedanta retreat brings ancient wisdom to modern life with lectures by Sudhakar and Avania, Q&A and group discussions. The mornings include a nature walk and yoga session. Experience vegetarian and vegan meals with the facilitators and fellow participants.
